The procurement brief covered repeatable furniture requirements for multiple apartment layouts. The buyer needed each room type to use a controlled product combination while keeping receiving and installation information easy to identify on site.

Apartment programs create coordination pressure across dimensions, finishes, quantities, room allocation and delivery batches. A product selected for one room type cannot be released independently from the room schedule and packing plan.
