Manufacturing base

Built for flexible customization, batch production and connected digital production management.

A factory platform developed for both customization and repeatable furniture programs

The latest factory materials describe a manufacturing base established in 2019 with an investment of approximately RMB 520 million. Its original intelligent custom-production resources were expanded in 2025 with a dedicated standardized-furniture line.

The product scope covers wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, wooden doors, wall panels, flooring and standardized furniture. Surface options described in the material include decorative-board series plus PET, skin-feel, high-touch and membrane-press finishes, supporting coordinated door-wall-cabinet-floor programs.

Factory established
2019

The intelligent custom-furniture manufacturing base began operation in 2019.

Manufacturing investment
RMB 520M

Investment described in the supplied factory profile for its Industry 4.0 workshop.

Standard line footprint
30,000 m²

Project area stated for the first standardized-furniture production line launched in 2025.

Stated annual capacity
15M m²

Annual panel-processing capacity stated for the standardized-furniture line.

Capacity figures are taken from the supplied factory profile and should be reviewed against the selected product, material, process route and current production schedule.

Two production systems for different furniture sourcing routes

Customized cabinet programs and repeatable standardized furniture do not use exactly the same production logic. The documented factory resources support both routes through connected but distinct equipment systems.

Robotic flexible production system for customized cabinet furniture
01

Flexible custom-furniture system

The custom workshop connects intelligent storage, robotic depalletizing, flexible cutting, PUR edge banding, high-speed drilling and order sorting for made-to-order cabinet furniture.

  • Storage capacity stated for approximately 15,000 panels
  • Four HPS320 flexible sawing units
  • Four HOMAG PUR flexible edge-banding machines
  • Six KUKA robots for order sorting and grouping
Connected standardized panel furniture production system
02

Standardized furniture production system

The standardized line launched in 2025 is designed for repeatable furniture programs with batch cutting, automated edge-banding and drilling, special-shaped processing, semi-finished storage and centralized production monitoring.

  • Five HOMAG batch-cutting units
  • Single-line output stated at up to 40,000 m² per day
  • Special-shaped edge-banding and drilling center
  • Intelligent semi-finished storage and sorting

Documented equipment and digital production resources

The latest workshop profiles identify the principal cutting, storage, handling, edge-banding, drilling, sorting and central-control resources. Final applicability is reviewed against the approved product specification.

Automated furniture panel handling system

Robotic depalletizing and handling

RGV transport and robotic handling distribute panels according to cutting progress, with unsuitable panels redirected to auxiliary processing.

Automated movement and exception routing

Robotic furniture production flow

Flexible cutting and robotic sorting

Four HPS320 flexible sawing units are described alongside six KUKA robots that group components belonging to the same order.

Five checkpoints from product brief to shipment readiness

Quality control begins with a controlled product version—not at the end of production. Each checkpoint keeps the specification, sample, order and packaging decisions connected.

  1. 01

    Material and specification review

Confirm board type, finish, hardware, dimensions and applicable evidence against the selected product record.

    Output: controlled specification inputs

  2. 02

    Sample and drawing approval

Record buyer comments, approved dimensions, construction details, color references and packaging direction before release.

    Output: approved version for execution

  3. 03

    In-process checkpoints

Follow defined production milestones and review the relevant processing, assembly and finish points for the order.

    Output: production follow-up records

  4. 04

    Final product inspection

Check the completed version against agreed appearance, dimensions, function, labeling and packing requirements.

    Output: inspection findings before shipment

  5. 05

    Packaging and shipment review

Confirm carton protection, hardware packs, instructions, marks, quantities and commercial-document readiness.

    Output: shipment handoff preparation

Production evidence reviewed by holder, product and applicable scope

Environmental, chain-of-custody and manufacturing-recognition files support buyer evaluation when the named holder, validity and selected product scope have been confirmed.

Export delivery and buyer support connected to production

Factory resources become useful to an overseas buyer when product decisions, packaging information and shipment preparation remain connected through one workflow.

Product and order coordination

One communication interface connects the approved product, quantity, packaging and production milestones.

Export packaging alignment

Carton structure, protection, instructions and labels are reviewed around the product and sales channel.

Commercial document preparation

Packing information and standard export documents are coordinated against the confirmed shipment plan.

Post-delivery follow-up

Questions about the delivered version are traced back to the approved specification and order records.
